Oops I fro yo'ed again...

Alright, we all know the feeling. You've had a perfectly delicious dinner but you're craving something more... something like frozen yogurt! Well I decided to give in to my sweet tooth and got a HUGE cup fro yo (chocolate... NOT fruit) beforeI started my homework!

Somedays I feel bad about making decisions like this, but I honestly wasn't! Not only have I been increasing the intensity of my running workouts, but also I went grocery shopping yesterday and got tons of veggies, fruits and proteins! I love the feeling of restocking the fridge and pantry- especially with healthy options.

So even though I ended my night with this:
